Let your voice be heard with the National Citizen Survey!

Since 2002, your City of Palm Coast has conducted an annual citizen survey to receive resident opinions about ways the City is serving you effectively or ways that we could do better. Questions cover a variety of topics, including: community quality of life, City services, civic participation and unique issues of local interest.

Survey results are used by City Council and staff to improve service, increase civic engagement and improve quality of life in the community. In 2015, City Council directed staff to alternate the method of collecting data between the National Citizen Survey (NCS) and a home-grown version tailored to the City's needs. 2019 was a NCS year. Although the official, scientific survey was conducted via random sampling, the opt-in version of the survey is available for you to make your voice heard. http://bit.ly/palmcoastresident19
